Howard Medwed and Josef Volman were panelists at the "Accessing Capital Through TSX Venture Exchange" seminar, held on November 16, 2006.

Laura Carroll spoke at the FITT (Forum for International Trade Training) National Conference on June 13, 2006. Laura spoke on the subject "Strategic Partnering with the New England States."

Leonard Gold was the moderator of the session, "Case Studies on Canada-U.S. Cross-Border Successes and Roundtable Discussion of New Developments and Factors Influencing Cross-Border Investment and Commercial Transactions" at the New England-Canada Business Council Seventh Annual Technology, Trade, Investment Conference and Golf outing on June 5, 2006.

On May 2, 2006 Laura Carroll spoke at the New Brunswick Export Partnering Program's educational seminar at the Canadian Consulate General's office in Boston. She spoke on the topic, "Legal Issues to Consider When Doing Business in New England."

Leonard Gold was the moderator on the subject of Cross Boarder Investing at Quebec City Day in Boston on March 30, 2006.

Leonard Gold, Susan Shapiro and Josef Volman participated as faculty members at the MCLE Seminar "Doing Business in Canada" on March 29, 2006.

Laura Carroll was a keynote speaker at the "Export USA" conference on March 16, 2006 in Nova Scotia. Laura spoke on the topic, "Legal Issues Doing Business in the U.S."
